Why Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
IT IS THE VERY MECHANICS OF LIFE FORCE
The lymphatic system is our body’s quiet healer—a network of tissues, vessels, and nodes working tirelessly to purify the blood, remove toxins, and maintain fluid balance. Yet, in our modern world, stress, sedentary lifestyles, and poor habits can slow this flow, leading to fatigue, inflammation, and stagnation.
Enter Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A deeply soothing and non-invasive technique, MLD uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to activate the lymphatic system, promoting detoxification, supporting immunity, and restoring balance. By stimulating key areas of the body, this treatment helps the lymphatic system clear excess fluids and waste, rejuvenating the body and mind.
Kristen Blow is fully certified in Full Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Toronto Lymphatic Academy, 2025) and Advanced Face & Neck Lymphatic Drainage (ASTECC, Dr. Vodder Technique). With this specialized training, each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, whether for full-body detox, stress relief, or enhanced radiance.
At Woodside Holistic Spa, lymphatic drainage is more than a treatment—it’s a return to vitality. As your body finds its flow, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and renewed. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, a natural glow, or simply a reset, MLD is your path to vibrant, balanced health.
